• Interaction history: whether you’ve previously contacted a sender
• Safe sender list: entries added automatically or manually by you
• Usage statistics: number of emails filtered per month

We do not store, access, or transmit the contents of your emails.

2. How We Use Your Information

The data we collect is used only to:

• Determine whether a sender is recognized
• Label and archive emails based on filter logic
• Display filtering history and safe sender management options
• Track usage for freemium limits
• Manage subscriptions and billing (for premium users)

3. Data Storage and Retention

Any user-specific configuration or metadata is stored securely using Google Sheets, Firebase, or similar infrastructure integrated with Google Apps Script. No full email content is stored or logged. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate our Service:

• Google Apps Script: for integration with Gmail APIs and add-on rendering
• Firebase (optional): for storing safe sender list and usage stats
• Stripe: for secure payment and subscription management

These third parties are GDPR and CCPA-compliant, and only the minimum required data is shared with them.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. This includes secure OAuth 2.0 authentication, restricted script access, and role-based permission controls.

6. User Control and Choices

You have full control over:

• Adding or removing email addresses from your Safe Sender list
• Uninstalling the add-on at any time
• Requesting a data export or deletion via email

7. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
